About the institute:

Based on the joint orders of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education and the Ministry of Health No. 189 and 311 dated May 28, 1992, it was established as a "Medical Center" under the Fergana State University. By decision 239 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 3, 1998, it was transformed into the Fergana branch of the Tashkent State Second Medical Institute, and by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers dated July 29, 2005 No. 780, it was transformed into the Fergana branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy.
