Who can apply to study?

For undergraduate level:

• Persons who received general secondary (eleven-year education).
• Persons who received special secondary education (nine-year basic secondary and two-year secondary special education).
• Persons who received primary professional education (nine years of basic secondary and two years of primary professional education)

For Master's degree:

• Individuals who have completed bachelor's degree courses
