About the direction
The main task of the science of storage and pre—processing of agricultural products is to prevent and stop the loss of raw materials and obtain a large number of high-quality products from it. The technology teaches the effective use of raw materials, as well as the use of waste after its processing in the development of crop production and animal husbandry. Pretreatment is the process of bringing products up to state standards of purity, uniformity in size and humidity while preserving their basic physical and biological properties.
