Soil bonification is a process that involves the physiological and chemical composition of the fertile soil layer scattered over the land, as well as a number of factors such as the type and condition of the soil, climatic conditions and the location of groundwater. Soil bonification is a comparative assessment of soil fertility. Soil bonification is expressed on a 100-point scale. The main purpose of soil bonification is to classify soils according to their fertility. Soil bonification is natural, that is, agricultural, characterizing soil fertility. crops are carried out taking into account their characteristics, which are closely related to yield. When bonitizing the soil, field size, geometric shape, slope, climatic conditions and much more are also taken into account. Soil bonification is necessary for the economic assessment of lands, maintaining a land cadastre, land reclamation and improvement of the farming system, and much more.


Land resources are lands that can be used for the needs of the national economy. The land resources of Uzbekistan include lands currently in use and lands that can be used in the future.r. is estimated by area and quality. As a result of analyzing the level of land use and determining their effectiveness, gross and net income per unit of land area, labor productivity are determined, and an assessment of the activities of landowners and land users is given.
