The department was established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-5438 dated May 8, 2018.

A total of 5 professors work in the department. Two of them have the degrees and titles of Doctor of Legal Sciences and Associate Professor.

Dostkoriev Muzaffar Boybotaevich, acting head of the department, judicial adviser, will work from December 15, 2018.

Proceedings in the prosecutor's office (electronic proceedings);

Management and organization of work in prosecutor's offices (including organization of organizational control and analytical work in prosecutor's offices);

Organization of financial and economic activities of prosecutor's offices;

Modern management in prosecutor's offices;

Law-making activities of prosecutor's offices;

Organization of public relations work of prosecutor's office;

Formation of information-analytical skills of prosecutor's office employees;

Ensuring the internal security of the employees of the prosecutor's office;

Working with confidential documents in prosecutor's offices;

Systematic analysis and decision-making;

Professional ethics of prosecutor's office employees;

Written speech of prosecutor's office officials.
