About the direction
BA Foreign Economics and Country Studies (Japanese Studies) is an interdisciplinary study of Japan's economy, language, culture, history and modern development processes through an intellectual journey. This course allows students to enrich their knowledge of Japanese values, traditions, and understanding of their importance on a global scale. Students study the rich heritage of Japanese language and literature, art and culture, and analyze changes in political and social processes. Graduates of the course will develop the basic skills necessary for intercultural communication and professional activities in various fields related to Japan.
