About the direction
Environmental Engineering Protection is an academic program focused on environmental protection, ecological safety, and reducing the environmental impact of industrial activities. The program provides students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in environmental engineering, sustainable resource management, pollution control, and modern environmental technologies.
The curriculum covers air, water, and soil protection, waste management and recycling, environmental monitoring, industrial ecology, environmental impact assessment (EIA), environmental management systems, environmental legislation, and sustainable development principles.
Graduates of this bachelor's program can pursue careers as:
- Environmental Engineer — developing and implementing engineering solutions for environmental protection.
- Environmental Monitoring Specialist — monitoring and analyzing air, water, and soil quality.
- Waste Management Specialist — managing waste treatment, recycling, and disposal systems.
- Environmental Safety Specialist — ensuring compliance with environmental regulations in industrial enterprises.
- Environmental Consultant — conducting environmental impact assessments and providing sustainability consulting services.
- Research Scientist — conducting research in environmental engineering, ecology, and sustainable development.
