This direction provides students with in-depth knowledge and practical skills in management, strategic planning, finance, marketing, human resource management, entrepreneurship fundamentals, logistics and project management.

The main goal of the direction is to train managers and entrepreneurs who are quick thinkers, able to analyze, make responsible decisions, have an innovative approach and have leadership potential in a business environment.

Graduates who successfully complete this direction can carry out their activities in the following areas and positions:

— Business manager: manages the internal and external activities of an enterprise or organization, makes strategic decisions.

— Entrepreneur: sets up his own business, draws up business plans, attracts investments.

— Project Manager: manages the planning, budgeting and implementation of large projects.

— HR Manager (human resources specialist): deals with the selection of employees, their professional development and the formation of a team environment.

— Business Planning Specialist: works on planning the company's activities, assessing risks and increasing efficiency.

— Startup Project Consultant: provides legal, financial and management guidance in implementing new business ideas.

— Sales and Strategic Development Manager: develops a strategy for promoting the company's products on the market, increasing sales and developing new markets.

Also, specialists with knowledge and skills in business management can find their place not only in large companies, but also in small and medium-sized businesses, international organizations. They can also work in the field of investment projects, consulting services, non-profit organizations and even public administration.

Tests will consist of mathematics and English, as well as logic (IQ) tests.

Duration of study: 4 years.
