Broadly speaking, it is defined as a social sphere that emphasizes the practices, discourses, and material expressions associated with the production, use, and management of scarce resources. Management is the process of management, i.e. management of resources, people, effective activity and knowing how to get profit, increase the amount of profit. Management is a type of management that fully meets the requirements of market economy development. The manager is constantly engaged in the development of both himself and his colleagues. In today's fierce competition and high technology, this element should be given great importance.
