Foundation (Basis) - one of the essential components of logical reasoning, which is a part of the process of drawing conclusions. It expresses a proven and validated idea. It is used to deduce an unknown idea and to present a conclusion. Inductive reasoning does not have a limited basis, and it is used to explain specific knowledge and to draw general conclusions. In deductive reasoning, on the contrary, general knowledge is used as a basis and it helps to draw conclusions about specific knowledge. Deductive reasoning is based on a limited basis. In the form of proving logical reasoning, the basis is presented as evidence, in the form of argument, and is used to support a thesis that must be proven. The accuracy of the basis or the accuracy of the thesis is one of the important conditions, but besides that, the statements must be connected correctly and presented in order. Otherwise, it is possible for the correct conclusion to be drawn from an incorrect basis. In general, in science, education, any debate and discussion, the idea that is used to prove a certain idea or to come to a certain conclusion is referred to as the basis.
