About the direction

Geodesy, cartography and cadastre (by functions) Specialized subjects are conducted together with highly qualified professors and representatives of the industry visiting from production enterprises. Lessons are conducted based on computer technologies and advanced pedagogical methods. In the field of geodesy, cartography and cadastre - assessment, registration and accounting of land and other real estate objects, cadastral surveying of the territory of cities and districts, State control over land use conducting, conducting monitoring of works carried out on land and immovable property; perform topographic and cadastral surveys; carrying out topographical and geodetic work to determine the compliance of the quantitative and qualitative aspects of land with the legal documents related to them; measuring the borders of the land on the spot, determining and strengthening their coordinate points; preparation of necessary documents confirming the right to land ownership; determining the legal basis of ownership, use and lease of land and issuing certificates; teaches preparation of information on consideration of disputed cases on land and other real estate issues.
