The main indicators of physical culture in society: the health and physical fitness of individuals, the extent of its application in education and training, in everyday life, the achievements in sports and other physical activities. Physical culture is closely related to fields such as medicine, ecology, pedagogy, psychology, and has been shaped and developed by them. It directly affects the progress of society, the effective work of individuals, the balanced development of intellectual abilities, moral improvement, and the physical condition of future generations.
