Logistics (by specialization)

Logistics is the proper management of the flow of information, materials and people, in a narrow sense - minimizing costs and optimizing the delivery time of materials and human resources. The concept contains a methodology for developing optimal rational methods for managing such flows. The activity of trading companies and manufacturing enterprises is impossible without competent and efficient logistics, three main components describe:

Material flow-materials, raw materials, components. They must be purchased on time and delivered without delay.

Cash flows-receiving and distributing funds, monitoring the movement of these funds, and monitoring the activities of the finance department.

Information flow is the movement of information in an enterprise, in an enterprise. Employees should receive timely information about the company's own activities.
