Material Science and Corrosion Protection

Master’s Program: Materials Science and Corrosion Protection is a scientific, technical, and technological discipline that studies the composition, structure, and properties of materials, as well as methods for protecting them from corrosion and other harmful effects. This field covers improving the corrosion resistance of metals, polymers, and other materials, detecting and preventing corrosion processes, creating protective coatings, and applying them in industrial conditions.

Graduates of the Master’s program in Materials Science and Corrosion Protection can work in the following positions:

• Materials Specialist – in-depth study of material properties and their application in industrial processes.
• Corrosion Engineer – detecting, analyzing, and preventing corrosion processes.
• Quality Control Specialist – testing corrosion-resistant materials and protective coatings.
