Improving Management and Competition against Monopoly

Antimonopoly policy is the antimonopoly policy of the state. According to world experience, antimonopoly legislation was mainly formed in the following areas. First, the laws governing production (industry). According to these laws, as a rule, no enterprise (corporation) is allowed to control more than half of the production of any type of product. Secondly, it stipulates that participants in all large corporations cannot own more than a certain limited number of shares of other corporations. Thirdly, anti-cartel laws will be adopted prohibiting price increases or decreases compared to the level determined by market equilibrium, as well as prohibiting price collusion.
