Music Education and Art

Music education is a field of practice in which teachers prepare for careers as primary or secondary music teachers, school or music conservatory ensemble directors. Also, music education is a field of research where researchers conduct original research on ways to teach and learn music. Music education scholars publish their findings in peer-reviewed journals and teach undergraduate and graduate students in university education or music schools preparing to become music teachers.
