Technology of storage and processing of agricultural products (by product type)

The degree of processing of the product can be different, that is, it can be primary processing or deep processing. While the initial processing involves simple methods such as drying, deep processing involves processing the product in several stages, that is, methods such as canning, juicing, packaging.
