About the direction

By establishing the processing of agricultural products, including fruits and vegetables, an additional stable source of income is created for the producer (farm). Due to the processing of the product, an additional cost is added to it, that is, the cost of the product increases.


The degree of processing of the product can be different, that is, it can be primary processing or deep processing. While the initial processing involves simple methods such as drying, deep processing involves processing the product in several stages, that is, methods such as canning, juicing, packaging.
