About the direction
Artistic gymnastics is a type of sport that involves various apparatus (ribbon, ball, hoop, rope) and exquisite gymnastic and dance exercises performed to music in women's competitions.
In the current system of international sports competitions, individual and group exercises with various apparatus (mandatory and voluntary exercises) as well as exercises with apparatus are included. Winners are determined in both individual and group exercises. Athletes' performances are judged on a scale of 10 points.
