About the direction
Figural skating is a type of sport. It involves a skater performing movements and special figures related to rotations and jumps on the ice. Competitions are held for both individuals and pairs, based on their performance and dance routines. Individual skating consists of three mandatory figures, seven mandatory elements, and a short free program (lasting up to 2 minutes) and a personal free program (4 minutes for women, 5 minutes for men). Pair skating consists of a short program (6 mandatory elements - combination of steps, lifts; separate and simultaneous rotations, jumps; lasts up to 3 minutes) and a free program (5 minutes). The program includes 3 mandatory, original, and free dances. Skaters are evaluated on a 6-point system. The cost of daily training is 12,627,170 som. The duration of daily training is 4 years. The cost of evening training is 12,627,170 som. The duration of evening training is 5 years.
