About the direction
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art characterized by the active use of legs in both offensive and defensive movements. The word "Taekwondo" is made up of three Korean words: [Tae] meaning "foot", [Kwon] meaning "fist", and [Do] meaning "way, method, or discipline". The overall accepted literary translation is "the way of foot and fist". Taekwondo embodies a spiritual training system and techniques for self-defense without weapons, as well as the skillful execution of strikes, blocks, and sparring using both hands and feet to defeat one or multiple opponents. The cost of daily training is 12,627,170 UZS. The duration of the training is 4 years.
