About the direction

Tennis, also known as lawn tennis, is a sport played between two individuals or two teams. The diameter of the ball is 6.35-6.67 cm, weighing 56.7 g. The rackets, made of lightweight metal, flexible metal, or plastic, weigh 255-400 g. The game begins with the server hitting the ball from the back of the court to the opponent's nearest court without fault. The opponent then hits the ball back after it bounces on the ground. The game is scored as 15:0, 30:0, 40:0, etc. If the score is tied at 40:40, it is called "deuce," and the next point won is called "advantage." The player who wins the next point after "advantage" wins the game. In a set, it is necessary to win six games, and if the score is 6:5, the game continues. If the score reaches 7:5 after 12 games, the winner is declared. If the score is tied at 6:6, a tiebreak is played. In the tiebreak, it is necessary to earn 7 points to win. If the score becomes 7:6, the game continues until one side wins by two points. In men's matches, the most sets played are 5, and in women's matches, it is 3. Tennis tournaments are organized in singles, doubles, and mixed doubles formats.
