Information technology management

Information technology (English: Information Technology(IT)) is a set of related fields that includes computer systems, software, programming languages, data, data processing and storage. Information technology (IT) is a part of information and communication technologies (ICT). An IT system—usually an information system, communication system, or more specifically, a computer system, including all hardware, software, and peripherals—is a system managed by a limited group of IT users and an IT project, and typically refers to the commissioning and implementation of an IT system.
