Paramedic work

All basic medical knowledge is taught to students in paramedic work at professional educational institutions.

Where paramedic graduates will be able to work:

• Paramedics provide first aid to residents in medical centers in rural and remote areas. Here, they are involved in the diagnosis, primary treatment, and provision of medicines
• Paramedics can work in ambulance crews, where they provide emergency medical care and transport patients to the hospital
• They work as primary care specialists in polyclinics and outpatient medical institutions
• They may work as assistants to general practitioners in hospitals and clinics
• They are engaged in the monitoring and prevention of epidemiological situations
• They can work as a general medical worker in public or private medical institutions
