Cadastre is a field that involves the official accounting of land resources, property, and territories by the state, including their registration and control. The main task of cadastral studies is to collect documents related to land and other types of property, organize them, and address legal issues related to property acquisition and usage. This field covers the accounting of all objects related to land, subsoil, and water resources, as well as the preparation of technical and legal information about these objects.


Graduates of the Bachelor's program in Cadastre can work in the following professions:

  • Cadastral Specialist — registration of land and property types, verification of property rights, and control.
  • Land Specialist — management of land resources, advising on land distribution and usage.
  • Surveyor — studying the precise location of land plots and objects, preparing maps and plans.
  • Topographer — developing geodetic maps of the land, analyzing territories.
  • Cadastral Inspector — legal control over land and property resources, identifying legal violations.
  • Property Rights Specialist — registration of property rights, confirming their legality, and providing legal consultations.
