About Tashkent University of Economics and Pedagogy
Tashkent University of Economics and Pedagogy operates legally on the basis of a state license issued by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on September 5, 2022, No. 037521 (based on registration document No. L-4409374).
Currently, the university has 2 modern, well-equipped academic buildings and 1 student dormitory. There are 5 faculties and 5 departments functioning within the university.
At present, about 9,500 students study at the university in full-time and evening formats, including 5,830 female students.
The scientific potential of the university составляет 51%. Classes are conducted using modern pedagogical technologies by experienced professors and instructors.
In order to implement the resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-2909 (April 20, 2017), PQ-3151 (July 27, 2017), and PQ-3775 (June 5, 2018), students undergo professional practice in general secondary schools based on the 4+2 system.
The university implements student exchange programs in cooperation with prestigious higher education institutions in China, Turkey, and Azerbaijan, with all expenses covered by the university.
In a short period of time, the university has managed to sign international memorandums with leading foreign higher education and research institutions.
History of the University
Tashkent University of Economics and Pedagogy was established in 2022 in Chirchik city, Tashkent region. License number: L-4409374.
The university includes faculties of Economics, Computer Engineering, Native Language and Literature, Foreign Languages and Literature, Pedagogy and Psychology, Primary Education, Preschool Education, History, and Physical Education. These faculties offer 9 academic programs.
The university provides opportunities for publishing new research. In particular, the “Scientific-Methodological Journal of Tashkent University of Economics and Pedagogy” is included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission (OAK).
To support talented students, the student newspaper “Uyg‘onish” has been established.
Experienced professors and lecturers teach at the university. There is a large library and reading hall, as well as computer rooms with internet access.
The university has established cooperation with nearly 10 developed countries around the world, including Russia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, the Czech Republic, and Azerbaijan. The university also offers Rector’s scholarships and grants.
