Resource potentials of individuals can be large or small depending on the method of distribution of labor resources. Addressing this issue provides opportunities for society to study and determine labor potentials, regions, and companies. Labor potentials can be defined as labor resources in terms of quality. From the above, it is clear that the concept of "labor potential" is a special factor that helps to study the interaction between labor resources and the economy.
