Master's program: Foreign language and literature

Foreign Language and Literature (Master’s Program) — this master’s program focuses on in-depth study of a foreign language, its grammar, phonetics, and vocabulary, as well as analysis of the literary and cultural heritage of the language.

Students develop language skills while also studying the history, culture, and literary processes of foreign countries in depth. In addition, skills in analyzing literary works, translation, conducting research, and pedagogical activities are developed at the master’s level.

Graduates of the program can work in the following professions:

• Foreign Language Teacher — teaching in schools, lyceums, and educational centers
• Translator / Interpreter — performing written and oral translation
• Tour Guide / Interpreter — translation work in tourism and international events
• Editor / Proofreader — editing and reviewing foreign texts
