Primary Education specialization is carried out within the bachelor's degree programs in primary education institutions based on the curriculum of general education and pedagogical training. Successful completion of theoretical and practical activities, as well as passing the final state certification, provides the graduate with the qualification of "bachelor" and an official document of higher education.

The Primary Education specialization trains specialists in the development, teaching, and upbringing of children of primary school age.
