Engineering technology

The Mechanical Engineering Technology program prepares students to design, manufacture, and optimize mechanical devices, machines, their components, and technological processes. Students study mechanical structures, machine elements, materials science, manufacturing technologies, machine design, and production processes. They also learn CNC and other automated manufacturing systems, testing, diagnostics and maintenance of mechanical equipment, energy efficiency, and quality control.

Students develop practical skills in designing, manufacturing, testing, and maintaining mechanical systems through laboratory work and practical projects.
