About the direction

Food Technology (by Types of Products) — this field is focused on the study of production, processing, storage, and quality control of food products based on modern technologies. Within this program, students acquire knowledge and practical skills in the technology of producing various types of food products (milk and dairy products, meat and meat products, grain and bakery products, confectionery, canned goods, and others), as well as ensuring their composition, safety, and compliance with established standards.


Graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Food Technology (by Types of Products) can work in the following positions:

  • Process Engineer (Food Technologist) – organizing and supervising food production processes.
  • Quality Control Specialist – inspecting product quality and ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Laboratory Specialist – analyzing raw materials and finished products.
  • Production Engineer – managing technological processes at manufacturing enterprises.
  • Standardization and Certification Specialist – certifying products and working with regulatory documentation.
