The Painting program prepares students to work with visual arts and color, create compositions, and express visual aesthetics. Students study color theory, the psychological and aesthetic effects of colors, color techniques — watercolor, oil, gouache, and other styles. They also learn composition and design fundamentals, various genres and styles of visual arts, sketching and drawing, artistic expression, creating decorative and aesthetic elements, and designing and implementing art projects.

Students develop practical skills in working with color, creating compositions, and executing visual projects through laboratory work and practical projects.
