About Samarqand State University of Architecture and Construction:

Currently, SamDAQI consists of 4 faculties:

• Architecture
• Construction
• Construction of Engineering Communications
• Faculty of Construction Management.

In addition, other departments are engaged in activities to improve the competence of teaching staff in the system of vocational education, preparatory courses, 25 departments, information technology center, information-resource center, institute history museum, and support educational process and scientific activities. Over 500 professors and teachers are working in the institute. More than 30% of them have academic degrees and titles.

SamDAQI has sufficient and suitable classrooms and study-lab rooms. In addition to that, it provides various facilities such as sports halls, medical center, dormitories and cafeterias, sports sections and different facilities, Mironkul recreation area being one of them fulfill the needs of students. The "Architect" team of SamDAQI is a regular participant in the national "Quvnoqlar va zukkolar" competition.

Admission to SamDAQI 2023/2024:

The enrollment of applicants will take place from June 20 to July 20 of the current year (including July 20).

Through the Single Interactive State Services Portal and the official website of the State Testing Center under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter - State Testing Center), the admission process will be carried out.

Documents required from applicants:

- Passport

- Diploma or Certificate

- Privileged applicants must provide a document entitling them to privileges.

The following documents are submitted for admission to Master's degree programs:

• diploma certifying higher education and its supplement (for those who studied on a budget basis, a transfer from a diploma);

• original copy of the document granting privileges for admission in accordance with the laws;

- documents are accepted from July 1 to July 30;

- documents are submitted free of charge, no fees are charged from previous years graduates, this system applies only to bachelor's degree;

- currently, documents are submitted online;

- only one document can be submitted for one specialty in the Master's degree program;

- starting from previous years, the super-contract system has been introduced for admission to the Master's degree program, similar to the Bachelor's degree system;

- the exam consists of only two subjects: specialized subject (up to 100 points) and foreign language (up to 50 points);

- additionally, the average conversion indicator specified in the diploma supplement is also included (up to 100 points);

- the maximum possible score for admission to the Master's degree program is 250;

- a certificate of proficiency in an internationally recognized foreign language (at least 72 according to TOEFL or 5.5 according to IELTS, TestDaF (TDN3), at least V2 according to CEFR) or a certificate of V2 or S1 level issued by DTM is awarded 50 points in the foreign language entrance exam, and they are not required to participate in the foreign language entrance exam;
