In accordance with the joint resolution of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation and the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, a list of national and international certificates confirming foreign language proficiency has been approved for the 2025 academic year, which are recognized for admission to postgraduate education programs (Master’s and Doctoral studies).

📌 Note:

Certificates obtained in accordance with previously valid legal regulations prior to the enforcement of this resolution remain eligible for benefits until the expiration of their validity period.

For certificates without a specified validity period, benefits apply for no more than three years from the date of issuance.
