👨‍🎓 Blind applicants who successfully pass the exam are admitted to specially allocated places on the basis of a state grant without competition, based on the decision of the State Commission.

💸 Persons with disabilities of groups I, II, and III, as well as children with disabilities, are exempt from paying for the test.
