About Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature named after Alisher Navoi (ToshDO'TAU):
Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature named after Alisher Navoi was established by the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-47097 dated May 13, 2016. The Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature named after Alisher Navoi was established on the basis of the Faculty of Uzbek Philology of the National University of Uzbekistan and the Faculty of Uzbek Language and Literature of Nizamiy Tashkent State Pedagogical University. At the same time, the faculty of Uzbek-English translation theory and practice was added as a third faculty. Alisher Navoi Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature was included in the list of top 1000+ universities according to the results of "THE Impact Rankings 2022" published by Times Higher Education (THE) international rating agency.
Starting from the 2022/2023 academic year, training for 14 bachelor's degrees and 12 master's degrees has been launched.
- Contract amount: Contract prices are calculated on the basis of the standards announced by the State Commission for Coordination of Admission Processes to State Higher Education Institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Scholarship: Students of the Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature named after Alisher Navoi have the right to receive all kinds of scholarships among other educational institutions of our republic, and conditions have been created for this.
Admission procedure: Applicants are selected through the results of sample test questions of the BMB agency in university entrance exams.

Master's:
- Documents required from applicants: the applicant's bachelor's degree and relevant national or international certificate of foreign language proficiency.
At the master's level, women have the opportunity to study on the basis of a full grant.
Joint Programs:
Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature named after Alisher Navoiy currently has two joint programs: 1. "Food Cooperation and Translation Activities" - The Master's degree program in "Food Cooperation and Translation Activities" has been operating at our university since 2019. It is a collaboration with Ankara Haci Bayram Veli University (Turkey), and our students have been able to benefit from studying abroad since 2019. A further advantage of this program is that graduates receive two independent but equally qualified diplomas. Students in this program are taught in two language environments. The curriculum can be carried out in Uzbekistan or in a partner university according to the students' preferences. 2. "Computer Graphics and Media Design" - This master's program, which is a collaboration with Ankara Haci Bayram Veli University (Turkey), will be launched in 2022. The program is four semesters long and similarly to the aforementioned program, graduates receive two independent but equally qualified diplomas. The students in this program will be taught in two language environments (Turkish and Uzbek). The curriculum can be carried out in Uzbekistan or in a partner university according to the students' preferences. These programs are considered as Master's degree programs, and their graduates are eligible to receive two independent diplomas from both partner universities.
