Tashkent International University of Education (TIUE) was established in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Establishment of the Tashkent International University of Education” dated June 23, 2020, and provides higher education services in bachelor's and master's degrees based on license No. 331829 (indefinite validity) of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

TIUE offers full-time and part-time educational programs in English, Uzbek and Russian. There is a student residence for full-time students

The university cooperates with such qualification organizations and educational institutions as OTHM Qualifications (UK), University of Portsmouth (UK), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and INTI International University (Malaysia), Inha University of Tashkent (IUT), Dongshin University (South Korea), MDIS Singapore, Amity University (Uzbekistan).

The OTHM diploma gives the opportunity to continue studying in the next relevant academic year at bachelor's and master's programs at other universities in the UK.

All teachers at TIUE are professors-teachers with high qualifications in their field and scientific titles and degrees. Teachers strive not only to teach students the skills necessary for their specialty, but also to teach them to find solutions to any problematic situations that may arise in the future in the field.

The university has all the necessary infrastructure for international education, including its own campus. TIUE’s integration with domestic and foreign higher education institutions, expanding the range of services provided, establishing research activities, allowing students to demonstrate their abilities, realize themselves and become leaders of tomorrow, as well as acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for employment.
