According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on February 28, 1992 "On the establishment of new higher educational institutions", the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 125 of March 11, 1992 and Uzbekistan The Urganch branch of the First Tashkent State Medical Institute was established based on the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic No. 171 dated March 20, 1992.
